RAIN AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST THIS MORNING. SOME STORMS OVER THE OFFSHORE GULF WATERS COULD BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE EARLY THIS MORNING. OTHERWISE THE RAIN WILL REMAIN LIGHT TO MODERATE AS IT ENDS WEST TO EAST.
